How is Delta 9 THC Legal in VA? Hemp-derived Delta 9 THC is legal in all states as long as each product contains less than .3% Delta 9 THC BY DRY WEIGHT (these magic words are very important!). This means that products made from hemp, such as hemp-derived Delta 9 THC Tinctures and Delta 9 THC Gummies are legal to purchase and consume in all 50 states.

Will Hemp-Derived Delta 9 Feel The Same As Marijuana? Most people don't realize that Delta 9 THC from hemp is the same chemical compound as Delta 9 THC found in marijuana. It will produce the same high feeling found in marijuana derived products.
So I don't need a medical card, or have to be a Virginia resident? Nope! All of our products are hemp-derived and federally legal so no card needed. Just have to be 21+ to purchase.
