You can always put melted gummies in the fridge or freezer to harden and then cut and weigh to designated serving size listed on bag. If your product arrives in a less than ideal condition, please keep all packaging and materials and reach out to us at info@kultivatewellness.com and we will assess damages on a case-by-case basis. UPS leaving packages in hot mailboxes or front porches if you are not at home does NOT warrant a refund or replacement.
