If you are not okay with this, please choose expedited shipping to ensure the safety of your purchase. You can always put melted salves in the fridge or freezer to harden and use as normal. If your product arrives in a less than ideal condition, please keep all packaging and materials and reach out to us at info@kultivatewellness.com and we will assess damages on a case-by-case basis. UPS leaving packages in hot mailboxes or front porches if you are not at home does NOT warrant a refund or replacement.
